Curious Caterpillars Registration- October 2nd, 2026

Looking for something to do with your little ones? Join us October 2nd 2026 from 10AM-12 PM at Mahoney Park Shelter #1 in Lincoln (first shelter near the entrance of the park) for a fun, lowkey morning of outdoor education & exploration designed for toddlers and preschool-age children.
Meet native reptiles, catch local insects, discover skulls and pelts, and unwind with coloring in the spring breeze.
Quality time in nature has several benefits for young children. This includes increasing creativity, problem-solving skills, plus intellectual, social and physical development. Adults benefit from more outdoor experience too! So, let’s make the most of this quiet morning in our local environment. We hope to see you at this come-and-go event!
