To apply for YTC, you must submit this completed application form along with one letter of recommendation from someone familiar with your academic performance, character, career aspirations, or community service. The letter should be no longer than one page. The letter may reflect your scholarly activities, conduct, attitude, ability to collaborate, etc.

We kindly request student phone numbers to facilitate effective communication during the conference. We will use this information to send important reminders and announcements via the GroupMe app. Student managers and MoDOT staff will send notifications such as:

- Breakfast notifications
- And other essential updates
