Intro:

Thank you for taking the time to take our survey. We value your input as we strive to serve the CCE community well. All responses are anonymous unless you choose to include your email address when prompted.

As a PTA, our purpose is to make every child’s potential a reality by engaging and empowering families and communities to advocate for all children.

The two main reasons that our PTA raises money are to fill in the gaps where necessary and to go above and beyond enriching the experiences of students, teachers and families at CCE.

Earlier this year we sent home a flyer explaining more about our budget and what our fundraising goes toward. We invite you to view it again on our website under “Why do we fundraise” to help you better answer the survey questions below.

We would love for you to join us at our upcoming General PTA Meeting on 3/7, and hear your feedback and ideas during the New Business portion of out meeting as we cast a vision for next year. This will be held at the tail end of Open House at 6:15pm in the cafeteria.

Thanks again for completing this survey!

Question Title

Question Title

* 20. We are considering focusing more of our future efforts on enriching arts and educational programming...
One way the RISD Council of PTAs has chosen to promote the arts in public schools over the years is by hosting an annual “Reflections” Contest where students of all ages submit various forms of artwork (still, dance, video, photography, etc.) that they make at home surrounding a common theme.

We are considering hosting an art event at CCE to promote student’s involvement in Reflections and the arts in lieu of focusing creative energy (and use of volunteers) on pumpkin or valentine's box decorating contests.

Would you be supportive of helping your child work a creative art submission instead of pumpkins and/or valentine's boxes?
