Welcome to the Government Printing Works (GPW) Brand Audit and thank you for taking the time to complete this survey.
GPW is the government component that is mandated to provide security printing services to the government departments. As part of its strategic plan, GPW has to develop its brand, both internally among its employees and externally among its customers, the government departments and state owned companies as well as its key stakeholders.
This survey is a follow-up to our survey conducted in 2016, and is an assessment of the GPW brand currently against the previous assessment. It is conducted to identify the brand's areas of improvement and guide the development of the GPW brand.
