The Town is researching dog parks and policies in Windsor. We are requesting your feedback regarding dogs and a potential second dog park location for our community. Please consider taking this survey even if you are not a dog owner. 

Town Staff, with guidance from the Parks and Recreation Commission and community input, have identified two new locations to consider. These new locations are Esposti Park or Wilson Ranch. The previous location options discussed at the February PARC meeting, Starr Creek and Lakewood Meadows, are no longer being considered.

The Town will be presenting a staff report at the Parks and Recreation Commission meeting on Wednesday, June 9th at 6:00pm. The staff report will cover the results of this survey, community feedback and information about a potential 2nd dog park at Esposti Park or Wilson Ranch. This meeting will be held virtually on Zoom and the agenda and Zoom link can be found on the Town website at https://www.townofwindsor.com/721/Agendas-Minutes-Videos Public comment can be emailed in advance of the meeting to Mike Kovanis, Parks and Recreation Analyst at mkovanis@townofwindsor.com or at the PARC Meeting on June 9th.
