* 2. Were you or the person you know who receives mental health supports between the ages of 16 and 18 when you/they began receiving services?

* 3. Think of a time when you or someone you know who is between 16 and 24 years old received exactly the right kind of supports in relation to mental health challenges you/they were experiencing. Describe what you think contributed to getting exactly the right kind of support: How did you/they get connected to that support? Did someone help you/they identify the kind of support that would be helpful? Was the process easy or if not what could have made it easier for you/your friend or relative?

* 4. If you/someone you know who is between 16 and 24 years old did not receive the right kind of support, what do you think could have helped you /them get the right service?
