Purpose of the Survey. The Mount Dora Comprehensive Plan is the policy document
that provides the blueprint for the future direction of the City. The Comprehensive Plan
touches on a range of topics from land use to housing to environmental stewardship.
The City is currently updating the Comprehensive Plan to make sure it is evolving to stay
in line with citizens’ values. The following questions will help us gauge how you think
the City is performing on many of these topics and where they should be in the future.
