This survey is designed to gather information about women with Jewish ancestry and/or a spouse, partner or donor with Jewish ancestry, who became pregnant in the past ten years while living in the New York metropolitan area: NYC, Long Island, Northern NJ, Southern CT or Westchester/Rockland.
We understand that your own life circumstances and answer to some questions may be more complex than we are able to capture with check-off answers, so we have provided space in text boxes for write-in comments. Please feel free to use these boxes to give us additional information. Will we read and analyze all write-ins carefully.
