Thank you for taking the time to share the challenges you have experienced and may still be experiencing serving your community during COVID through this survey. The Partnership is very much invested in understanding how we might improve our relationship with you and provide effective technical assistance to meet your programming needs.  This survey is anonymous and shouldn’t take more than 10 – 15 minutes to complete.
