Café Tables on City Sidewalks

The City of Safety Harbor is considering adopting regulations for the permitting of café tables on city sidewalks within the downtown. Currently, businesses with frontage on Main Street may place café tables on the sidewalk without a permit measuring up to three (3) feet in diameter with a minimum accessible path of no less than three feet in width. Please provide your feedback regarding potential café table regulations.
