Hauora Community Survey

Kia Ora / Hello,

 

This is a brief survey created for the Ruapehu Whānau Transformation Plan (RWTP) to help us to get a good picture of how well Health and Social Services serve the community of Raetihi, Ohākune and Waiouru. It will also help to establish an information solution so all of us can keep up to date with what types of health and social services are available to us here. We are committed to ensuring that everything we do is to benefit the needs of whānau and the community by supporting the creation of sustainable solutions that are easy to use and engage with.
