Cross River Rail will deliver a new high capacity underground station at Woolloongabba that will help to improve game days for fans attending major sporting events at Queensland’s most iconic sports stadium.

To help identify development opportunities for the station and the wider station precinct, we are keen to hear from Brisbane Lions fans on what a new station at The Gabba will mean for them.

1.1 Completion of the Cross River Rail AFL Brisbane Lions survey and subsequent entry into the Cross River Rail Delivery Authority 2024 Guernsey Giveaway is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

1.2 The Cross River Rail Delivery Authority 2024 Guernsey Giveaway is run by the Cross River Rail Delivery Authority on ABN 21 542 690 798 of 150 Mary Street, Brisbane QLD 4000.

1.3 The Cross River Rail Delivery Authority 2024 Guernsey Giveaway is authorised as a promotional game (Category 4 Game) under the Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Act 1999 (Qld).

1.4 Entries are open to Australian and foreign residents, excluding CRRDA employees. It is the responsibility of all persons who enter the Cross River Rail Delivery Authority 2024 Brisbane Lions Geurnsey Giveaway to ensure they are eligible under all applicable laws to accept the prize offered as part of the Cross River Rail Delivery Authority 2024 Guernsey Giveaway.

1.5 The Cross River Rail Delivery Authority will count each Cross River Rail AFL Brisbane Lions survey response as one entry into the Cross River Rail Delivery Authority 2024 Guernsey Giveaway. The Cross River Rail Delivery Authority 2024 Guernsey Giveaway will open for entry on 12:00PM 8 MARCH 2024, will close on 11:59PM 28 SEPTEMBER 2024, and the main draw will occur at 12:00PM 30 SEPTEMBER 2024 at the Cross River Rail Delivery Authority Offices.

1.6 The winner of the Cross River Rail Delivery Authority 2024 Brisbane Lions Guernsey Giveaway will be notified by email.

1.7 Results of the giveaway will be published at www.crossriverrail.qld.gov.au on the day of the draw and potentially on other social media platforms related to the Cross River Rail including, but not limited to:

1.8 The winner of the Cross River Rail Delivery Authority 2024 Guernsey Giveaway will receive one (1) signed AFL Brisbane Lions 2024 Men’s Home Guernsey RRP $500.

1.9 The prize will be delivered to the winner within 1 month unless otherwise agreed to in writing between the winner and the Cross River Rail Delivery Authority.

1.10 The winner has a period of 3 months from the day the prize winner is decided to claim the prize. In the instance that the prize is not claimed in this timeframe, a re-draw will occur.

1.11 Personal information collected by Cross River Rail Delivery Authority will be managed in accordance with the Information Privacy Act 2009 (QLD).
