Thank you for your interest in attending the Learning Forum, which will be held from 25-26 November 2013 at the Wanderers Club in Johannesburg, South Africa.

To register, you have to complete this online registration form. To finalise your registration, the following steps are involved:

1. A booking acknowledgement along with an invoice or acceptance letter will be sent to you.
2. Please pay the amount due on the invoice or sign the acceptance letter.
3. You will receive a notification of receipt of payment or acceptance letter.
4. You will then receive a confirmation of registration.
