The Law Enforcement Traffic Safety Advisory Council (LETSAC) Board is once again seeking applicants from small police departments in Missouri to receive a free conference package for the LETSAC Conference. A small department is defined as a police or sheriff's department with 16 or under full time, part-time or reserve officers and only agencies that have not attended a LETSAC conference in the past 3 years will be considered for the award.

The conference will be held July 20 - 24, 2026 at Wyndham Executive Center Columbia. The conference offers CEU POST approved training. The winning department will receive 1 free conference registration (value $250.00) and 4 nights lodging at the Hotel (total value over $500.00). Up to four (4) agencies may be selected to receive the free conference package.

If your department is interested in applying to be one of the award winners, please complete and submit this application before Friday April 24, 2026. The Winning departments will be notified before May 31, 2026.
