South East Micro Export Development Programme - Netherlands 2020 is organised by Carlow County Council on behalf of Carlow , Kilkenny , Tipperary & Waterford County & City Councils with the support of external partners. Carlow County Council has appointed Full Circle as our project partner for this project.
