Spaces are limited, so we have formed this short application for people interested in attending this program. The training would be a $450 value, but we are able to offer the training for FREE thanks to our sponsors.

Thank you for your interest in this program! We will notify applicants if they are accepted by the end of August. Please note that we are limiting the number of participants from each organization. Priority is given to applicants from counties within Region 2 (NMRE) that do not have any other attendees to ensure a diverse representation. We have 10 seats available. This training is a $450 value that we are able to provide thanks to the support of Northern Michigan Region Entity and Northern Michigan Opioid Response Consortium. 

Overnight accommodations are not included. Lunch and a light breakfast will be included each day. For those that are accepted, we will contact you for dietary restrictions and to share information on local accommodations, if needed.
