We are reaching out to you as a member of CLECAT, ESC or IRU or as one of their member associations. Energy efficiency and climate change are rising on the government and industry agenda. The three associations partner in the project Logistics Emissions Accounting and Reduction (LEARN)* that makes use of the GLEC Framework** to mobilise companies to calculate and reduce carbon emissions from freight and logistics.

To help you better, we seek to collect your views on barriers, needs and recommendations for support, research and policy.

The survey has 20 questions and takes 10-15 minutes to complete. We will publish aggregated results on the LEARN project website but answers will not be attributed to individual respondents. Please note that the data collected in this survey does not include identifying information such as your name, email or IP address.

* The LEARN project aims to mobilize businesses to reduce their carbon footprint across their global logistics supply chains through improved carbon emissions calculation, assurance and reporting. The project is implemented by a consortium of 13 organizations and received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement No 723984.
**The GLEC Framework for Logistics Emissions Methodologies is the universal method to consistently calculate an organisation's greenhouse gas (GHG) footprint across the global supply chain. The industry-backed GLEC Framework combines existing methods and fills gaps, and received the "Built on GHG Protocol" mark.
