2024-2025 LEAD Clermont Community Leadership Program (CLP) Nomination Application

Nominating Application for consideration to join the 2024-2025 LEAD Clermont Community Leadership Program (CLP) cohort from August-May.

With its roots dating back to 1988, the LEAD Clermont Community Leadership Program provides the greatest exposure to Clermont County, its leaders and opportunities. This is a high impact, lively leadership and team-building program developed to engage class members with volunteer services throughout Clermont County. Each class is half leadership development and half learning about an aspect of our county. Over the nine-month program, students meet a who’s who of key community leaders.

Program Commitment:
- Full-day "Call to Lead" orientation in August
- Two-day team-building retreat in September
- Interactive, in-person and virtual leadership experiences:
- Full-day classroom days, the first Thursday of each month, October-May
- "Mirror + Windshield" one-hour, virtual check-in each month
- "Commence to LEAD" celebration in May
- Personal development and team studies-several hours per month
- Build friendships for life
