The purpose of this survey is to identify needs for information, resources, and support for individuals who are interested in becoming licensed childcare providers in Kitsap County.
Results from this survey will be used to develop informational materials and resources to help unlicensed childcare providers who are interested in becoming licensed.
PARTICIPATION IS VOLUNTARY
You can stop participating at any time. Your decision to participate will not affect any services and benefits you receive. The survey should take about 6-7 minutes to complete. You can save and come back to your responses before submitting the survey.
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
You may participate if the following is true for you:
- I am interested in becoming a licensed childcare provider in Kitsap County
WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY SURVEY RESPONSES?
Your responses will be compiled and summarized with responses from other participants in a written report on key findings. No identifying information will be collected in the survey nor included anywhere in the report. The report will be used to inform the development of resources and information around becoming licensed childcare providers.
WHAT ARE THE POSSIBLE RISKS OR HARMS IF I TAKE PART?
You may skip any question they are not comfortable answering, and you may stop participating at any time. There is a risk of possible loss of confidentiality if the secure storage of responses fails or is breached. Many safeguards are in place to minimize this risk. Please do not include personally identifiable information here.
WHAT ARE THE POSSIBLE BENEFITS IF I TAKE PART?
By sharing your experiences and perspectives, your participation will help guide the development of local materials and resources that help unlicensed childcare providers become licensed for those who are interested.
