You agree to grant to each of International Renewable Energy Agency ("IRENA") and Terrawatt Initiative ("TWI"), free of charge, permission to use your contribution (including to modify and adapt it) for the Contracts and the Guidelines in any way it sees fit in any media worldwide.

Copyright in your contribution will remain with you and this permission is not exclusive.  You can continue to use the material in your contribution and allow others to use it.

You understand and agree that the Contracts and the Guidelines, which may include part or all of your contribution in its original form or in a modified or adapted form, will be made available to the general public free of charge under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 IGO license (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/igo/).

You represent that you are legally entitled to provide your contribution and that it does not infringe any protected right of any third party.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms shall be referred by either party to the dispute to final and binding arbitration by one arbitrator under the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules. The award of punitive damages is excluded.

Nothing in these terms shall be deemed to be a waiver, express or implied, of any of the privileges and immunities of IRENA.
