The Student and Youth Travel Association (SYTA) will hold its 2024 Annual Conference in New York City on August 9-13, 2024, at the Sheraton New York Times Square.
 
We are excited about the sponsorship opportunities to market your organization and show your support for SYTA and the SYTA Youth Foundation. If you are interested in participating as a sponsor or learning more about sponsorship, please complete this survey.
 
Completion of the survey does not guarantee a sponsorship but it helps guide us to the right opportunity for you.

* 3. Sight Seeing Tours (Thursday August 8; Friday August 9; and Tuesday August 13)

Tours are offered to all attendees as part of their registration.  Tours average 25 to 50 guests per tour. The tour may require food and beverage and transportation.

Evening Events

Evening events are hosted exclusively by a single sponsor or in partnership with other sponsors.  Please select all the evenings you would be willing to sponsor. If you select in partnership with other sponsors, you may be asked to find those sponsors or work with the staff to secure sponsors for the event.

Transportation may be required if the event is not within reasonable walking distance of the host hotel. One of the evening events may be a Fundraiser for the SYTA Youth Foundation.

Meet and greet prior to an evening on Broadway.   Two hours of open bar and reception food for up to 250 guests. Proximity to theaters is a factor in site selection.

Opening night event hosted by New York City Tourism + Conventions and Partners. Three hours of open bar, heavy reception food and entertainment for up to 900 guests.

This is traditionally a Dine Around night but in the past, we offered another evening event.  Two hours of open bar and reception food with entertainment for up to 650 guests.

* 8. Saturday, August 10th, 2024 OPTION 2

Dine Around Event for all attendees. Ticketed event where attendees can host their clients or purchase single tickets to network and meet other conference attendees. This was a sporting event, music or another type of venue that offers group options for up to 250 guests.

Reception prior to a Broadway show hosted by Disney on Broadway and Imagination Campus. Two hours of open bar and reception food for up to 650 guests.

* 10. Tour Operator Breakfasts (Saturday, Sunday, and Monday)

Each morning there is a sponsored breakfast for the Tour Operators prior to Business Sessions starting at 10:00 AM. Strategic Partners and Level 1 sponsors are given a limited number of invitations to attend. This event may be held at the host hotel or a venue near the hotel for up to 200 guests.

* 11. General Session/Education Sessions

Each day there are General Sessions (up to 250) and education sessions (up to 100). Sponsorship of these events will include refreshment break, audio visual and/or a speaker close to the host hotel.

If you are unable to host an event but would like to be a partner at one of the evening events, please indicate your budget below. The marketing and sponsorship benefits will be based on your level of sponsorship.
