Please use this form to provide written comments on the topics of the Land Development Code (LDC) that will be reviewed by the LDC Task Force over the coming months. The task force will only review comments related to the topics being discussed: Chapter 3 (“Floodplain Management & Resource Protection”) and Chapter 4 (“Design & Development Standards”) as it relates to erosion, sedimentation, land clearing, alternative subdivisions, and minor subdivisions of land.
