It Takes A Village (ITAV) and Community Early Learning Australia (CELA) are providing a workplace relations service for members to enable them to access the Government’s 15% pay increase for educators and teachers.

This form is for those who wish to use the Early Childhood Education and Care Multi-Employer Agreement as their workplace instrument.

The Early Childhood Education and Care Multi-Employer Agreement is ready for providers to sign on. This survey includes important information about your service(s) that we need to make the application with the Fair Work Commission. Completing this survey does not bind you to the agreement.

Along with this survey, you will need to complete the employer nomination form that will be emailed to you to formally join on.
