This survey is to get feedback from families of children with  special needs attending child care programs and EarlyOn programs (playgroups, baby talk and parent education). 
Special needs is defined as "child with special needs” means a child whose cognitive, physical, social, emotional or communicative needs, or whose needs relating to overall development, are of such a nature that additional supports are required for the child".
It is voluntary to take this survey and will in no way effect receiving service.
Responses are anonymous and confidential. Results from this survey will help Lanark County Children's Services plan for the coming years.
