You Could Become A PARENT ADVISOR for MoSPIN

If…
• You have a Bachelor’s degree
• You enjoy working with families
• You have experience with young children or children with special needs
• You want to learn more about children with visual impairments
• You are willing to participate in five (5) days of paid training (for Parent Advisors only) 3 days in person here at Mo School for the Blind, 2 days virtual
• You want to be an independent contractor used on an “as needed basis, if needed basis”
• You are willing to travel near your community

We provide…
• A great opportunity if you want to work part-time
• A chance to make extra money while working full-time
• Flexible scheduling (in coordination with the family you serve)
• Payment for home visits at $60/hr (not to exceed 4 hours per month per
family), travel time to the home at $17/hr, and mileage
reimbursement
