Evidenced Based Practice Readiness Assessment Questionnaire - Staff Survey |
Clinician, Recovery Specialist and Substance Abuse Specialist Questionnaire
One of the CIBHS key service areas is to assist counties and community-based organizations with assessing the overall efficiency of their current service system, including determining available service delivery resources and capacity, reviewing needs of identified populations, and recommending cost-effective practices that would meet the needs of the service population. The Evidence-based Practices Readiness Assessment provides part of a "road map" for successful implementation and sustainability of necessary practice improvements. These efforts are focused on helping counties and community-based organizations reform their service delivery system to attain the following benefits:
- Become more efficient in how they serve high-risk target populations
- Provide procurement options that lower risk and provide measurable outcomes
- Improve accountability
- Ensure better use of taxpayer dollars by providing cost-effective evidence-based practices
