The purpose of this survey is to help Lyon County Human Services (LCHS) develop a strategic plan to enhance the well-being of individuals across the lifespan. Your input will help determine the direction of LCHS. Thank you for taking this opportunity to tell us what services will help residents of Lyon County live safe, secure, healthy lives and/or help individuals live as independently as possible. The information provided will remain confidential.
