Nominating a Candidate
Candidates can self-nominate or be nominated by a member of ABEA.
Elections
If the number of approved nominations exceeds the number of vacancies to be filled, a ballot must be held prior to the AGM, which may be an electronic ballot as determined by the Board.
Board Composition
The constitution states there are 11 positions on the ABEA Board.
This consists of:
6 elected positions
5 skills-based Board appointed positions
