2017 Annual Awards Nomination

The Truckee Chamber of Commerce will hold its Annual Awards Dinner Friday, October 12, 2018 at The Ritz-Carlton, Lake Tahoe. At that time top tier nominees and award winners in seven different categories, will be recognized for their investment in Truckee's economy, innovation of product or service, staying power, customer service, contributions to the community and its well-being.

Please take a moment to submit a nomination for your peers. Nominations must be received by August 25, 2018.

 

While every nomination is worthy, please note, the nominations listed at the Awards Dinner will highlight the top tier in each category. Therefore, your explanation of why the nominee is deserving of this highly-regarded award is extremely important.

 

The Truckee Chamber Board of Directors will determine the top tier, and have the honor and responsibility of deciding the winner in each category. It is not based on the number of nominations a business or individual receives. One well-written, compelling nomination can make all the difference when the Board is discussing and deliberating. They are very thoughtful in their decision.

 

All nominees must be Chamber members in good standing. For a list of members, please refer to the 2018 Business Directory, visit Truckee.com (under Business Directory where members are listed by name and category), or call Megan Hines at the Chamber at 530-412-7057 if you have any questions regarding members who qualify for each category. Members will be put into the proper employee count category based on number of employees reported to Chamber annually.
