The City of Healdsburg recently reached out to CAA North Coast to obtain data from our members after we expressed an interest in working with the City on housing policy in Healdsburg.

The City is collecting rental property data in an attempt to gain a greater understanding of what current rental rates are, and what percentage of increases have actually taken place.
