Thank you for your interest in serving on the Colorado Public Health Association (CPHA) Board of Directors! CPHA relies on dedicated members to guide our strategic vision, advance health equity and racial justice, and champion public health across Colorado.

*Candidates must be a CPHA member in good standing or join before their term begins on January 1, 2027.
*Interested candidates must complete the online Self-Nomination Application Form by October 30th, 2026.
