Cycle 1: Opens January 15, Closes February 20. Recipients will be notified by March 10.
Cycle 2: Opens March 2, Closes April 10. Recipients will be notified by April 28.
Cycle 3: Opens May 4, Closes June 26. Recipients will be notified by July 14.
Cycle 4: Opens September 1, Closes October 2. Recipients will be notified by October 20.
