In 2024, the Parks & Recreation Master Plan recommended that the Township assess the feasibility and costs associated with expanding the arena at the Lucan Biddulph Community Memorial Centre (LBCMC) to include a second ice rink, along with potential improvements to the gymnasium and other spaces found in the building.
The Township of Lucan Biddulph recently initiated a Feasibility Study to explore these potential enhancements and are inviting input from the community to help inform future decisions. This brief feedback designed to collect your opinions regarding the potential use of and support for additions and improvements to the LBCMC.
