LAX KW’ALAAMS CONSTITUTIONAL REFERENDUM SURVEY

The purpose of this survey is to gather feedback from Lax Kw’alaams members about the draft constitution and the referendum process.

Your input will help guide improvements and the next steps in developing a constitution that better reflects the values, needs, and vision of the community.

This survey includes brief explanations and optional comment boxes throughout, and should take approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete and will close on September 30, 2025, at 11:59 pm PT.

Upon completion of the survey, respondents will be entered into a draw to win a $100 Visa gift card, $500 Visa gift card, or a $1000 Visa gift card.

This survey is voluntary, and respondents are not required to share personal information to complete the survey. However, you will need to share your contact information in order to be entered into the prize draw.

Any personal information provided by survey respondents will be accessed ONLY by a third-party consultant who is supporting the community engagement process. This information will be solely used to administer the draw and WILL NOT be shared with Lax Kw’alaams government and Council nor linked to your survey responses.

Please note that if you are awarded a prize, you will be asked to provide proof of Lax Kw’alaams membership.
