The NSW Land and Housing Corporation (LAHC) is committed to collaborating with our stakeholders to understand how we can streamline the partnering process through the tendering process.

We're inviting your initial feedback in order to understand what we're doing right in our tender processes, timelines, project sizes, development structures, risk allocations and volume, and importantly, we seek your review of where there is room for improvement.
