IMLA Amicus Survey LA City/County 9th Circuit Appeal

This very short survey seeks to elicit your responses for possible use in an amicus brief in support of both LA City and LA County in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.  Please carefully answer the questions, it should not take long.
