DVRPC's Coordinated Human Services Transportation Plan (CHSTP) Survey

Please take the next 5-10 minutes to fill out this survey and help the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC) identify transportation needs, gaps, and priorities for seniors, people with disabilities, reverse commuters, the regional workforce, and transit-dependent residents in the Greater Philadelphia region.
This survey will help inform research priorities and recommendations in the 2028 update to the Coordinated Human Services Transportation Plan.
