Mistawasis CFS Community Survey

Mistawasis is currently building capacity to assert jurisdiction over Child and Family Services via Bill C-92. All information gathered will help gauge where the community is and help with capacity building activities moving forward.

- Your name and identifying information will not be kept and are only used for prize entry purposes.
- We may contact you if willing to share information regarding Traditional Child Rearing Practices.
- Only surveys completed in their entirety will be eligible for the draw. Incomplete surveys will not be admitted.
- Completing the survey does not guarantee you will win a prize, but does guarantee you will be entered to win a prize.
- The survey results will be recorded, but all personal information will be kept confidential. All identifying information is for prize draws and verifications of members only.
- The survey is open to all on and off-reserve members of Mistawasis aged 18 and over.
- Deadline to complete the survey is July 20th, 2022 @ 11pm.
