Dialogue for Change - Programme Registration Form (2026) Survey

Please fill out the following form to express interest in joining the Dialogue for Change 12- week programme.

Please note, spaces are limited, and registration does not guarantee your participation. Due to time zone limitations, we restrict participants to those located in the UK and Europe. Once your registration request has been received, we will be in touch to confirm your participation.

Please note the cost of participation is £995 per person. We do offer a reduced fee of £450 for SME's.

Attendance at all four live sessions (online) is key to success for yourself and others on the programme, so by signing up you are committing to attend all the live sessions and to complete all the preparation required for each session. Recordings from live sessions will not be available. The circle meetings will be scheduled by programme participants.

*Dates of circle meetings are flexible to accommodate participants availability.

If these dates do not work, you can register to be added to our waiting list by selecting the relevant answer below. We will be accepting applications on a rolling basis until the cohort is full. Dates for any subsequent cohorts will also be announced shortly thereafter.
