About this assessment
This assessment is designed for school principals and senior leaders. It contains 16 questions across five dimensions, each with four response options scored on a 0–25–60–100 scale. The scoring reflects the maturity of practice: from absent or ad hoc (0) to partially emerging (25), actively developing (60) and fully embedded and leading (100).
The assessment takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. At the end, the overall score and dimension breakdown are used to generate a personalised Future Ready School Profile.
There are five dimensions:
