GETTING WHERE YOU NEED TO GO DERWENT VALLEY TRANSPORT SURVEY
The Tasmanian Council of Social Service (TasCOSS) is looking at challenges that people face in getting around in the Derwent Valley. We plan to use this information to help get a picture of transport needs in the Derwent Valley, and of what might help people get where they need to go.
We are talking to as many people as possible from all different parts of the Derwent Valley community to find out your experience of transport in the Derwent Valley. We want to know how you get around the Valley, and what you find challenging to access.
By talking with people in your community, we are getting your experience firsthand. This information helps us understand what transport is really like in your community. And we want to hear your ideas for getting people where they need to go.
This survey contains 12 questions and will take around ten minutes of your time. All information will remain confidential.
There are a lot of other ways you can talk to us. We will be holding public forums, talking with small groups and doing individual interviews. Give us your details at the end of this survey if you’d like to take part.
The Tasmanian Council of Social Services has a vision of a Tasmania free of poverty and inequality, where everyone has the same opportunity. We have been connecting communities, government and business with the community sector since 1961.
