The Berri Barmera Council invests heavily in the operation of the Berri Visitor Information Centre on behalf of our ratepayers. Council, noticing changes in technology and decreases in visitor numbers to the centre, is undertaking a review of how tourism information is provided and researching how it can modernise its approach and cost-effectiveness to deliver  these services. With tourism being the fourth largest employer in the region, high quality information is vital in promoting increased enjoyment and stimulating spending in our local businesses from the visitors to our area.

Council is committed to ensuring that visitors to the Berri Barmera area are provided with high-quality information.  Council is seeking your feedback on how we can continue to best support the delivery of inspiring information to our visitors.

Participants seeking context about the operation of the Berri Visitor Information Centre and the current review by Council before commencing this survey can find out more here.

This short survey will take you approximately of 3-4 minutes to complete. The information supplied in this survey will be treated confidentially and the results will be presented only in the form of aggregated data.

The Berri Barmera Council thanks you for your valued input.
