Stanford University’s Chronic Disease Self-Management Program can help you take charge of your life. These free workshops help those with chronic health concerns such as:

  • Arthritis
  • Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)

Classes are Six Thursdays from September 12 to October 17 at 10 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Classes will be held at Lake Dallas City Hall in the Community Room located at 212 Main Street, Lake Dallas, TX 75065.
