Our goal is to make people happier, healthier and more confident through the practice of yoga and pilates. This 200 hour Teacher Training continues our mission with YOU as a leader. Our promise to you is personalized coaching and a creative, detailed curriculum to empower you to teach Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga. Whether you plan on teaching or not, you will leave this program empowered in all aspects of your life. We guarantee fun and challenge, sweat and laughter, lifelong friendships and a deeper connection to your purpose.

YO BK is a 200 Hour Registered Yoga School with Yoga Alliance. Upon obtaining your certificate, you can apply as a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance.

REQUIREMENTS
100% attendance in all sessions
Required readings and independent study
1 hour or partnered practice teaching per week
Approximately 4 hours of in-studio practice per week
A commitment to personal development
A desire to be of service to others during their growth
Upon graduation, teach 1 community class

DATES AND TIMES
Winter 2020 training sessions will take place at our Greenpoint location (607 Manhattan Avenue) on Friday evenings from 5:30pm - 9:30pm, Saturdays from 8am - 5pm and Sundays from 9am - 6pm during the following weekends:

January 24-26
January 31-February 2
February 7-9
February 28-March 1
March 6-8
March 13-15
March 27-29
April 3-5 Written exam + graduation

*Attendance is required in all sessions to receive a completion certificate. Should you need to miss a session you will be required to make up the time with a trainer at the rate of $75/hour.
