We are conducting a focus group to learn from current Cannabis Retailers about their experiences selling high-THC cannabis products, budtender and customer interactions, and workplace practices. The information collected from this focus group will support the development of future optional training implementation and improve educational tools for those working as budtenders in Washington.

Participation is voluntary and confidential, and the study has been approved by an Institutional Review Board (IRB). The focus group will take place virtually, lasting approximately 60 minutes.

To be eligible, participants must be at least 21 years old and currently a licensed non-medical cannabis Retailer in Washington State. A joint medical and non-medical licensee is able to participate.
