Products Survey from JamSum Media & Design

As a business person and a consumer that uses printing products and different office supplies on a daily basis in my professional and personal life and the need to have easy access to them.  Since we no longer have a Staples locally and Walmart has seemed to scaled back on their products; I am conducting a survey to see if there is a need to have a local shop that would supply these items.
1.How often do you purchase ink?
2.Do you buy brand name, off brand or both?  (Check all that apply)
3.Would you be interested in a refillable ink? (You would receive fillable cartridge  to bring in and get refilled when needed)
4.Enter the ink numbers you use or your printer model/number? (IE: Epson 314XL or Canon 218XL)
5.Paper Products: How often do you purchase a ream(package) of paper?
6.Would you rather buy in paper reams in bulk? (3 Reams or 5 Reams at once)
7.Would you be interested in use having a stock of USB drives? (32GB, 64GB or Larger)
8.What other office products would make your life easier if you could purchase local?

Examples:
headphones, ear pods, specialty papers (ie: Card Stock, poster board, labels, etc.)
