Four industry associations, the Defined Contribution Real Estate Council (DCREC), NAREIM, NCREIF and PREA, have joined forces to conduct the 2024 Defined Contribution Survey.

This survey is meant to provide insights into defined contribution (DC) capital sources for private market commercial real estate investment, including the size and breadth of the DC investment vehicles in the industry, the organization and structure of DC real estate investment vehicles, and DC capital inflows and outflows over time.

To participate, we are asking real estate investment managers if they are (or are not) actively managing or considering managing DC capital. All participants will receive a copy of the results.

The deadline for survey responses is June 25, 2024.
