TACAA Member Agencies are invited to submit staff/team members that are deserving of the Lifetime Achievement Award.
To earn the Lifetime Achievement Recognition, CAA staff and team members must meet the following Criteria:
(1) The Agency is a TACAA Member; and have
(2) Person has 25 or more years of experience in Community Action (25 total years at an agency or cumulative years across several agencies).
Submissions are accepted through April 10, 2025
Submit 1 (one) form per eligible Lifetime Achievement Recipient along with a photo of the recipient. If one is not available at time of submission, please email to elizabeth@tacaa.org at your earliest convenience.
Lifetime Achievement Awardees are recognized at the 2025 TACAA Annual Training Conference in April 2025, Corpus Christi, TX. If you are a prior recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award, you will not be recognized again.
