DIA Europe 2023 (22-24 March 2023, Basel) | Call for Student Volunteers

Thank you for your interest to support DIA Europe 2023 as a student* volunteer.

DIA Europe is the largest, neutral, Life Science Event in Europe. The meeting is going to take place 22-24 March 2023 in Basel, Switzerland. More about DIA Europe here.

Your support will be valuable as we aim to provide the participants a great experience onsite. 
 
We will prepare a duty schedule and you will be asked to work between 1.5 to 2 days. The volunteer briefing is going to take place on Tuesday, 21 March 2023 (11:30-12:30), attendance is mandatory.

Your tasks will include: 
 
- entrance control
- badge distribution 
- traffic flow 
- support in the session rooms and exhibition hall 
 
In exchange for your support, we will provide you:
 
- Invitation to attend the Leader of Tomorrow Programme (LoT) on Tuesday, 21 March 2023 (SOLD OUT)
- an opportunity  to attend DIA Europe including the Professional Development Track when you are not on duty (session recordings will be available after the meeting)
- access to the Volunteer Lounge where you will be provided with lunch and coffee breaks for three days 
- a certificate for your contribution
 
We hope this opportunity will also provide you a sneak peek into DIA Europe 2023 and network with our important stakeholders and speakers.

*The student volunteer opportunity is available only for full time students. 
Undergraduate, graduate or PhD students (aged less than 32) who can demonstrate that they are enrolled in a full-time degree or certificate granting, academic programme in a recognised academic institution, or individuals currently conducting a full-time internship at the time of registration and start of the meeting.

3.We will need your support from 22-24 March 2023 including a mandatory briefing on Monday, 21 March 2023. Could you please confirm which days (at least 2 days) you will be available to support the event?(Required.)
4.We will be providing volunteer T-shirt for you. Please confirm your size.(Required.)
5.Unfortunately, we can not provide support for travel or accommodation in Basel. Please confirm that you will take care of your travel and accommodation coverage.(Required.)
6.Do you confirm that you are currently an undergraduate student who is currently enrolled in Pharmaceutical Science (or related studies) ?(Required.)
7.Would you like to sign up for the Leader of Tomorrow, taking place on the 21 March 2023 (it's sold out for the moment, but we have a waiting list)(Required.)
