Belmont Wraparound Care Survey

In response to requests from parents to provide wrap-around childcare provision on the school site, we would like parents to complete a survey to help us understand your thoughts.

We have successfully operated a breakfast club for a number of years, and we would like to expand our offer to an after school club run by Belmont staff. If there is sufficient need from parents, we would hope to have this in place for September or as soon as possible afterwards.

We would like to check with parents that this is a service that you would like.

If, following this questionnaire, there is not enough interest in after school childcare, we will continue with our breakfast club but we will make some changes which will include introducing an online payment system and accepting childcare vouchers. We may also need to review the charges for breakfast club.
